Jimi Hendrix Newport Pop Festival 1969

Il Newport Pop Festival, tenutosi a Devonshire Downs nella San Ferdinando Valley, nei giorni 20, 21 e 22 giugno 1969, è stato sicuramente il più grande concerto Pop fino a quel tempo.

Forse per la presenza di "Jimi Hendrix Experience" (il maggior numero di biglietti venduti fu proprio per il venerdi 20 giugno in cui si esibiva) o forse per la massiccia presenza di nomi importanti, quello del 1969 è considerato il più famoso tra i "Newport Pop Festival"
